Successful AFSEO and Tamr Partnership Featured in Defense Innovation Unit’s Annual Report
Tamr and U.S. Air Force SEEK EAGLE Office (AFSEO) ongoing partnership accelerating new aircraft configuration evaluations through data mastering was one of 23 new projects highlighted in Defense Innovation Unit’s (DIU) much anticipated annual report. The project, initiated in 2018, to develop analog testing models that speed up the configuration assessment process and reduce engineers’ manual workloads was successfully transitioned to the U.S. Air Force in March 2020. The initial $1.5M Tamr prototype designed specifically for the F-16 Fighting Falcon is now expanded to other aircraft platforms as part of the production contract. Read the full report.
